By using the Plural application, users agree to abide by the Terms of Use outlined in this document. If users do not agree with any part of these terms, they should refrain from using the application.

All content and materials provided within the Plural application, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, images, and software, are the property of Plural and are protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. Users are granted a limited license to use the application for its intended purpose. Any unauthorized use, reproduction, or distribution of the application or its contents is strictly prohibited.

Using the Plural application, users represent and warrant that they have the legal authority to enter into this agreement and will use the application in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations.

Users may be required to register an account to access certain features. During registration, users may be asked to provide personal information such as name, email address, and contact details.

Users are prohibited from engaging in activities that violate laws, infringe on intellectual property, harass others, or interfere with the application’s functionality. Plural reserves the right to take necessary action against violators.

Users can submit content, such as comments or feedback, through the Plural application. By submitting content, users grant Plural the right to use, modify, and distribute the content for any purpose.

By registering or using the Plural application, users consent to receive communications from Plural, including but not limited to service notifications, administrative messages, promotional messages, and updates. Communications may be delivered through email, SMS, in-app notifications, or other contact methods provided by the user.

Users may also use the application to send messages or communications to Plural or other users/clients where applicable. By doing so, users agree that such communications are lawful, respectful, and compliant with these Terms of Use. Users may opt out of receiving promotional or marketing communications at any time by following the unsubscribe instructions included in such messages. However, users understand and agree that certain essential service-related communications (such as account, security, or transaction notifications) cannot be opted out of while their account remains active.

These Terms remain in effect as long as users use the application. Plural reserves the right to terminate accounts at any time without prior notice.

Disputes shall be resolved through arbitration under the laws of the country of use.
